which state has lowest STT percentage? which other charges are common and which are charged state wise?

I guess STT is same throughout India. Only stamp duty various across the states.

STT is same for everyone. Stamp duty varies by state. You can check stamp duty of different states here.. Andhra pradesh is less, max stamp duty per day is Rs 50.
