Who is responsible

Why No one is talking about buying the crash?

Everyone knows what happened on 4th June, almost everyone was waiting for this opportunity.

But when it arrived Mutual Fund ecosystem collapsed. Luckily all my SIP got nav of 4th, but for many nav of 5th was allocated although it was done before 12-1 pm.

Who is responsible @nithin @Bhuvan ? I know everything boils down to when the money was recieved by the AMC, but again whose fault is it?

What is being done to avoid it in future

No one will take the responsibility. All the robust technologies like aadhaar and UPI goes into vain in situations like this. All the MF platforms have a margin of 1 hour in the cut off time and still funds are not released to the AMC. What is the need of having a world class banking system? Retail investors loss should be compensated.

people complained to sebi. thats all we can do. simply debating or arguing on on twitter and forums has no meaning, just timepass. is there anything better?

Just hope for a better future :crossed_fingers:

After funds pooling was removed, SEBI turned us into just an order-forwarding unit. Essentially, the blame lies with the PG and the Bank. This could have happened anywhere and anytime, as the PGs and Banks are behind every transaction. On the said date, the banking systems were being put to the test.

Necessary actions should be taken against them as they fail to comply with the rule. No matter what the event was, rules remain the same. Why do they take responsibility if they are not capable enough to serve us? They must compensate.
