Why 7.37% GS 2028 is not in Pledgeable list?

Hi Everyone,
Can sombody may please guide me as to Why 7.37% GS 2028 is not in Pledgeable list of zerodha ? Is it Pledgeable ?

Hi RazZ,
Please find attached doc. If the ISIN Of the mentioned GS present in the list then you can pledge it or else not. Hope it helps you :slightly_smiling_face:

it’s not in the list. I think I should not apply. I need to pledge them for cash colletral.

Wheneve govt list any security it takes few days to become part of pledge list. Pledge is first approved by clearing corporation then zerodha later.

Possible next month will be available to pledge.

This is a new G-Sec, issued on 23rd October. It should be available for pledging from next month one Clearing Corporation updates its list.
