I don’t know much about CFDs, but to me it feels like trading against the broker not a good idea.
They aren’t even allowed for retail in India, so people usually stick to F&O or try offshore brokers at their own risk. On the other hand, perpetual futures are much cleaner. Tried them on Delta Exchange for BTC and really liked the experience fair and transparent.
