In case you are seeing IPO status as closed even though the issue is open, this can happen due to time mismatch.
IPO times are in IST timezone, in case you are outside India and see the following error you can change your system timezone to IST, this will solve the issue.
To change the system time on your phone you can go to Settings > System > Date & Time.
On PC, you can go to Settings > Time & Langauge > Date & Time.
