Why is there a huge difference of volumes between nse option chain and zerodha option charts

for example, the nse option chain on 20th may for maruthi call option expiring on may shows a volume of 1557 for 7100ce; whereas the zerodha kite charts for the same option shows a volume of 177000.
could someone explain as why there is such a big difference in volumes traded and what is the actual volumes for the day.
i am uploading screen shots of both nse option chain and zerodha kite charts.

One is in lots and other is in weights, just multiply nse volume with lot size.

thanks a ton for your quick answer. really helpful…

Yes one in Nse website shows number of lots and Kite in number of shares, that’s too difference because you will taken screenshot on Nse at 15.30, has some delay data than of Zerodha done real-time.
