How share price increase or decrease in pre market when we are not allowed to place order in pre market. Why shares open with Gap ?
U can place orders in premarket in equity delivery and u can also place after market orders and market gap-up or gap- down. There’s a price matching in premarket 9:00 to 9:08 am and in-between 9:08 to 9:15 am theres a price matching and opens at most relevant price

You have to select AMO(After market order) from advanced options while placing such orders.
Equity MIS and CNC, limit and market orders, are allowed and can be placed in pre-market, between 9am and 9.08am.
