Why there is a sudden drop in Bajfinance Jun 3000ce

I am beginner in option trading and started learning recently. while going through the charts, i found something interesting.
Price of Bajaj Finance dropped by approx. 200 pts on 1st May 2020. So i tried to check what happened with Bajfinance JUN 3000 CE . There was also a price drop. But it’s price was dropped from 792 to around 40 .
My Queries -

  1. Bajfinance JUN 3000 CE showing price constant at 792 in april with zero volume. Does that mean it was not being traded ? If that is so, what did decide it’s price ?
  2. From what day the option of particular month expiry is available for trading ?
