These is some issue with Jio internet service provider i guess.
One doesn’t need to tie up with Jio. There are a lot of issues with the way the Jio connections are working right now. Did you know that there are users out there that aren’t even able to access Twitter using Jio? Would you expect Twitter to tie up with them? No, right? In the same way, there’s no need for Zerodha to tie up with Jio. In fact, I don’t think there’s any mechanism for them to tie up. Remember the whole Net Neutrality debate last year? This is what it was all about. If I publish something on the internet, the content should be accessible to anyone on the internet that I am allowing access to my content. The ISP has no say in who can access what.

Jio uses various kind of methodologies to minimize the overloading of their server. For example when you start downloading from torrent your speed will be drastically reduced compare to downloading from few website such as Gmail or streaming of jioTV etc.
