LAST BUYBACK record date was 21 June 2019 and buyback started from 14 August 2019 @325 per share which had 53.4% acceptance ratio in Reserved and 5.87% in General category.
TCS : 25 November is last date to buy with buyback eligibility .buyback at 3000 per share. HAD 100% acceptance ratio in all previous buyback for reserved category . past all buyback started in 15 days after record date .

TCS is trading EX BUYBACK from 26 November 2020 at same price which was WITH buyback yesterday ! Real picture will emerge only after Tuesday 1 December when you can safely sell and get buyback OFFER too as and when open .
