Writing options require big money i.e. full future margin . But percentage return profit as to the margin money deployed ; from this is miniscule, comparatively. So to be able to generate more profit ; we need to keep more money in the cash margin in the trading account.
MAS colleteral is also available on 50:50 ratio to the cash balance.
If i keep say e.g. 1 crore in the trading cash balance and if the broker gets corrupted or does any mischief or misuse or theft or fraud cheating breach or runaway abscond or bankruptcy intentionally or unintentionally ;
How do i get protected ?
This kind of thought is not allowing me to have trust confidence faith to deploy more money in the trading account and do the trades king size .
