Wrong ETF LTP showing in Kite Holdings

On the Kite Holdings page, it appears that the LTP for ETF holdings is picked from whichever exchange (NSE/BSE) has the lower price (please correct me if my observation is wrong).

While this may make sense on the pop-up Buy window to show/select the exchange with the lower price, on the Holdings page it can sometimes give a misleading picture as many ETFs have very low or even zero trading volume on BSE, so the displayed LTP may be a stale price from the previous session. As a result, the holding may show 0% change even though the ETF may have moved significantly up or down on the more actively traded exchange. This was very visible to me in the last 2-3 days of market volatility and thus came to my notice…

Wouldn’t it be better if the Holdings page displayed the LTP from the exchange with higher trading volume (or at least the most recently traded/actively updated price based on some time based criteria), instead of simply choosing the lower LTP?

It would also be useful to have a setting that lets users choose their preferred exchange (NSE or BSE) as the default reference for displaying LTP prices across Kite.

More and more people are depending on ETFs now so this would be a good change that impacts lot of Zerodha users positively…

Zerodha Team pls look into this request/suggestion

Thanks!! Look forward to a quick resolution of this as I see it happening almost everyday as I primarily use ETFs for my investing/trading and it creates confusion/extra time wastage to verify the actual move by comparing to underlying index or by checking the NSE price etc
