In every financial year there is an increase in Share capital, How do i get the details of it,
Was it via QIP in the previous years as there was no right issue.
QIP. As far as I remember, you can find more details on company site
But I am more interested in how you got to that ? I mean they really do it, but what honestly give it so they could increase the whole capital. Are you with me here or not ? I do not understand what is really going on here for many many things.

I have read that for a listed company, raising funds via QIP is less complex than FPO (follow on Public Offer)
