Yesterday mu profit in deravatives is 60000 rs , today i bought indigo option worth 56000 rs , and i checked pl in back office it shown only 4000 rs and one thing i trade on margin taken by eding stocks?

Yes, when you buy options the premium value gets reduced from your account balance.

It gets deducted from your account balance - account balance = cash + profits -losses. So profits are as good as cash in your account.
