Is there any limit/quantities on orders in Future ?

Quantity Freeze limits are applicable for Futures as well. For example in single order you can buy maximum of 100 lots (7500 quantity) of Futures.

So this 2000 orders per day and 1L shares per order limit is set by Zerodha or stock exchange ?

By zerodha because we notice few were placing random orders and misusing it and this can have effect on overall efficiency of system if many start doing the same.
