Dear Sir,

I tried to change my account particulars as I changed my PAN name to reflect Aadhar.

As Zerodha flagged signature mismatch I got my current signature attested by my bank.

But Zerodha again rejected the documents stating that old signature does not match with records.

One can give bank attestation for current signature as his signature changes with time.

But how can he be expected to sign as per Zerodha records once his signature itself has got changed?

What is the relevant regulatory guidelines for such a step?

Support team asked me to visit Zerodha branch nearby directly and in that case they informed old signature is not needed if bank attestation is already available.

I hope this issue will be resolved and if I face any further issues, I will contact you.
