Zerodha CMR Copy not showing in Console

I opened a Zerodha Demat and Trading account for my mother on 14th May, but I have not received the CMR copy by email, and it is also not showing in the Console. Can someone help me with this? I was informed that the CMR copy would be received within 48 hours.

Additionally, the CKYC number is also showing as blank. However, in my own account, both the CMR and CKYC details are visible.

Hey did you figure this out? It has been over 4 days since I created the account but I cant seem to find it still.
