I faced this for an 1 - 1.3Hr till 10.30 in morning
Raise an complaint to higher level then only zerodha will act. Hate this broker fr a month raising points Noone acting at all
What could be the higher level? If I had money and time to waste on fighting corporations, why would i roam on this platform. 
My intention is not to fight but to let the team know I am unhappy. If they care, they will hear. If they dont, I am still stuck with their software anyway! I still dont know a lesser evil to rely on than Zerodha. In India, this is perhaps the best choice possible.
And I do have some level of gratitude towards Zerodha. WHatever be the glitches, whatever be the losses from glitches, i Still earn a lot because Zerodha exists. Yes, it is imperfect and disgusting at times to the point of using words “f”. But when it works, it makes my life happier. That is true as well.
So its like a bittersweet relationship I’ve with Zerodha.

I’m so tired today, due to the glitches. The market depth will not update, especially for MCX options. You can stare at the screen for minutes, then it will update 
It causes loss so many times… if I bid in the middle of the spread and if the spread is wrong, either it will be executed at a wrong price, or I will soon figure that the range has changed now, so will waste many minutes on this trade.

have you considered posting your experience with the specific details on SEBI SCORES ?
Zerodha was dead for the entire day.
Seems zerodhas’s oxygen is getting over, when they hav 100% all works fine, when less than 50% they r in hospital bed, & when less than 5% they r in ICUs do or die situation 
Not really. There was some initial data slowdown maybe within 20-30 seconds or so but otherwise i did not have any issue.
Orderbook Depth was freezing in between till 3:30. I had to use groww.
I’m not even sure they are serious about fixing these glitches anymore. they’re happening far too often now.

Based on my experience so far, I can now predict Zerodha glitches more efficiently than Market direction!! And I think Zerodha will glitch tomorrow.

Zerodha has become a nightmare for all the traders , and unfortunately, they are taking no action to address it. There is significant lag in the Last Traded Price (LTP).
Glitches r on the way when big events or when market crashes many times I have observed this from past 6M every 2M zerodha glitches r seen yesterday also afternoon it was stuck after 9.15am to 9
30 am it was stuck chart was seen as yesterday’s closed no opening day charts it’s now common glitches they dnt care. Complaint to scores or use another broker for trading & investment
This month Im seeing one day or the other it has glitches from past 10 trading days

Yes, totally agreed with you guys. I face glitch. I delete my 2 others demate account, and relying only on zerodha for focus trading and for peace of mind. But when we see glitch my confidence shakes. Hope zerodha check it out soon.

A new glitch affected me today. Today even though market was hardly 150 pts gap up, Kite made me lose profit.
See the screenshot above. When market opened, i just clicked the position twice on exit button to exit. The feature that Zerodha added recently called quick exit.
Now that should exit the position by picking up latest market price. Instead it sent order with price “0”. And this got rejected!
What kind of rubbish coding is this? Picking up ZERO rs price and sending and then getting rejected?
Why code a feature that fails. I could have earned more if i just opened up and slided to exit.
Market orders price shows as 0, today there is no issue, if you can DM me your ID i can get exact reason for rejection.
Yeah DM you. It was indeed an issue. Why would i put 0 rs as price. Its illogical. It was put by App. And i also don’t know why it put so.
Within the order it shows this red statement that says there are no orders for this instrument. Thats not true. There were orders already by 9:15:01 sec. I placed order at 9:15:12 secs.
