Zerodha Kite Dashboard Showing Discrepancy

Since morning, the KITE application dashboard has been showing discrepancies across all my equity trades, even after all these stocks were bought through Zerodha.

Do I have to manually correct all these when they were bought through the Zerodha platform only?
