I am facing issue in viewing fundamentals in kite app it is showing perfectly when i open it from kite web but when i open it on kite mobile app the time period is set to 1 year and i am unable to change it like 3 monthe 3 years 5 years and ytd also the line chart that appears below is not showing and white screen is showing there . I also tried it in my friend’s mobile in who also has a zerodha account and fundamental section is perfectly shown in his mobile when his account is logged in but when i logged in my account and tried to go to fundamentals the same problem also persists there.
I have already tried all troubleshooting as suggested by support team on call.
This issue is only on my zerodha account as i have tried it in many devices where there is no issue such as this as there is already kite app installed and working perfectly on that devices but when i logged in my zerodha account then only that problem came.
@Arockiya_Raja Same issue for me as well, idk maybe this is a device-specific issue because in my phone (OnePlus Nord) ,the same problem, but if I log in my ID to another device, then it is showing properly
Anyways i am shifting out of zerodha to fyers i acknowledge that zerodha’s customer support is very professional and soft speaking but why you need customer support if there is any problem arise and that is very common in zerodha on the other hand fyers customer support is rude but you will hardly need to contact them as they hardly have any problem.
bro, Fyers seriously has one of the most unstable platforms ever. Every day they make some random change that completely messes up your muscle memory. Stability is what brings clarity and reduces confusion and when you’re trading, the last thing you want is to waste time figuring out where your funds are or how to navigate the platform. Maybe Fyers works for some investors, but honestly, I totally disagree.
