Zerodha Kite loading very slow Chrome Browser on Windows PC

Hi All,

Has anyone faced major lag in Kite loading on Chrome on Windows? I’ve been struggling with slow laoding and then hanging (prices / orders not getting updated) for a while now. This is on a brand new i7 PC with 16GB RAM and 8GB graphics card, so quite sure PC specs is not the issue.

Have never faced such issues on opening Kite on Chrome on a Macbook, but not keen to go back to Macbook for other reasons.

Can anyone guide if they faced such issue? Any way to fix this / improve the Kite site performance on the browser?

Faced couple of times an hour ago but on Firefox, while it loaded normal on Chrome.

Hi @Nakul_Rathi, can you tell how many open tabs you have. Also please provide screenshot of Chrome task manager when you face this issue. Will have this checked.

Usually 5-6 tabs are open, used to have much more than this on Macbook Chrome - but never had any lag. Attached screenshot this morning on login - even the base prices are not loading

The error looks like an internet disconnection. can you try using an alternate internet?

Yes, this is happening every day. Internet connection is same as used on Phone / Macbook, Kite working perfectly fine on all these.
Is there any cleanup or any alternate browser faster than Chrome advised?

Chrome should also work properly. Can you try Firefox and share the behavior you observe? The error message seems to be unrelated to the browser.

Restart your router and check. If the issue persists, please try another network.
