Yes, the glitch extended to the web interface as well and WhatsApp based backup services also did’t work at that time (it also showed the same error on WhatsApp)
I too faced the same problem and had open silver position with no order confirmation, next day with a gap up I was in huge losses but I did’t square off my positions and fortunately markets did correct that day and my losses were converted into profit
i also made around 28k lost due to this glitches.zerodha is shameless not accepting their mistake blaming on mcx and mcx is also not responsive. ihave rasied complaint to sebi online against it.guys pls massively report complaint against both
Same here no accountability. Simply passing the buck on IBT and connectivity issue. I lost 3.5 L in MCX GOLD MINI DEC EXPIRY. Totally unacceptable. I am totally shaken, and not able to understand what to do. I am not going to leave this so easy. Filing SEBI SCORES Complain. We must hold them accountable and they are accountable. This reply of yours is simply not acceptable. This is zero accountability, and it can come from brokers like Zerodha , have some shame! Traders are trading on Main trading Platform, and you are on your support portal at 9.50 pm putting it that there is an issue with MCX. Do you think we are idiots? What stopped you from displaying a scrolling message on main trading platform that there is an MCX connectivity issue (Fact is, I don’t trust their Explanation). which traders are going and checking on support.zerodha.com at the time when trading is going on. To whom Zerodha is trying to fool?? Have some accountability and compensate for our losses.
Did any one file claim and complaint against Zerodha ? Strong complaint must be submitted on SEBI scores and also FIR and court case must be registered against such brokers! Yesterday they tried to offer me alms by reimbursing Brokerage from April till Oct. I just flatly refused. Another lie these people are parroting is they have settled most of the claims. Blatantly lying. Shameless. We all affected must seek full reimbursement. I am doing it for sure and will not rest till I am fully compensated
Theoretically, If they have really done so, your complaint will have less power in SEBI.

None of the claims are settled. That’s the bluff and the lie Zerodha is spreading to save their reputation and also avoid taking accountability and avoid compensating.
Will not rest till my issues are resolved and I am fully compensated by them. Any level I have to go I will go .
Which option did you select while filing the complaint? Zerodha Commodities Private Limited or Zerodha Pvt ltd?
