Zerodha not updating available strikes dynamically intraday

Whenever a stock moves drastically during a day, NSE updates the available strikes dynamically intraday. But looks like Zerodha isn’t updating this list and hence we are not able to add these new strikes to Marketwatch which invariably means unable to trade them. Checked this in both Kite web and iOS app and same issue.

Example:
Today, 02-Feb-23
Symbol: ADANIENT

All strikes 1450 and below aren’t available to search and trade in Kite. Whereas NSE option chain and other broking platforms have this listed and available. Mind you these strikes were opened up only during intraday today as ADANIENT dropped down 25% below and hence there was a requirement to open up these new strikes for trading.

I’m suspecting Kite isn’t updating these newly available strikes as and when NSE exchange opens them up and makes them available. Kindly check this at the earliest.

Hi @Ragavendran_V, The exchange provides us with contracts that are not tradeable and keeps them marked inactive. These are marked active by the exchange during the day. However, we are unable to allow this to be available to trade currently due to a change required in the internal process. We are working on a fix to ensure we can whitelist on the go. Will update you once we have a solution for this.

Thank you. But seems that its still not implemented given it was raised 1.5 years ago. I understand it might need a major underlying change, but kindly prioritise this at the earliest.
