Zerodha Stopping from Closing open positions

I have open silver arbitrage positions in my account and when I am trying to square it off, it shows insufficient funds. (I understand that margin shortfall can occur but I want to close both my positions why do I need to add money to close my positions)

I tried creating a basket and in the basket it shows around 3.07 lakh required to put the reverse order for my existing positions and I have around 3.37 lakh in my account and yet it I am getting an error as insufficient funds.

The same issue is happening again right now, and I’m still unable to square off my position.

Team said you have closed the position but are checking your request.

Yes, I did, because I received additional margin as I closed my overnight positions to square off this trade
