I recently wrote on twitter on Zerodhaonline handle about deep OTM options hedging andI received a reply from another handle with Zerodha name that mentioned a telegram handle for a chat on the matter.
During the chat, he said that my account is on a ‘basic tier’ and there three tiers available for upgrade.
I senses the chat to be suspicious.
Anybody kindly share is there anything such as tiers and tier upgrade in zerodha.
Never heard of it, and very obviously this smells funny.

Zerodha support is only available here - https://support.zerodha.com/. You are getting targeted by scammers. As Aswath said there is no tiers in Zerodha.

As Aswath said there are multiple scam accounts having handles similar to Zerodha’s and are trying to scam people for monetary benefits. Kindly report the handle. Also please share the handle so that more people can report and the account gets blocked by twitter.
