I transferred some mutual funds from one zeordha account to another zerodha account using CDSL easiest. The transfer resulted in a discrepancy in the credit account. Fair enough. I am required to manually add trade in the credit account for which I need quantity, trade date and price. When I check my tradebook in the debit account, the quantity is about 3 times lower than the quantity I transferred. These are mutual funds I bought once, not SIP. I understand that the price will change as NAV changes, but how is quantity different from when I bought four years back to when I transferred about 2 months back? If there is a split, the price and quantity both changes in which case I don’t know either. What do I do? Where do I get information to input to the manual trade? Zerodha support is garbage, repeating the same thing about adding a manual trade to fix discrepancy.
