Just saw Kotak Neo announced a full-fledged learning program (webinars, courses, videos) to help retail users get started with their Trade API and algo trading — completely free along with zero-brokerage API access. This is exactly the kind of hand-holding the retail algo community in India has been asking for!
Requesting Zerodha (India’s largest retail broker and the one that truly democratized trading) to please launch a similar structured learning program for Kite Connect users. A lot of us love the API but struggle with where to begin, debugging, best practices, risk management, etc.
Even a free “Kite Connect Academy” with step-by-step modules would be a game-changer for thousands of retail algo traders.
We already have a detailed course specifically designed for the Kite Connect API. It covers almost all the core functionality and would be an excellent starting point for new users.
