Myself balamurugan. ihave a zerodha trading & demat account.
i hold a lot in option w.r.t below details
8700 call 3175qty
8750 call 4500qty
i have started to call zerodha customer care 08040402020 since 9:15AM to till now today.
They didin't attend the call single time also. Morning when the nifty is +10 points, i have tried to squreoff my possition.
But, it's not happand due to mobile app not worked & Z5 option is not worked.
i have continuously tried, unfortunatly i was connected when the 8700 call at the price of 27.65.
I have placed order to squreoff the possition. but, i has been rejected. i have lost Rs. 12,0000 becuse of the following reason,
1. customer care not attend the call.
2. mobile app nor worked still now.
3.zerodha website Z5 option not worked.
4.Placed order rejected even have the lot qty.
5. Possition not showing the lot till now.
it's fully zerodha error. whether zerodha will refund the loss amount or not?
