I see 2 new funds that are in NFO here with more details. Guessing it was updated recently. It has links to SID, KIM, Factsheet etc.
What I was looking for is TER. Which I couldnt find in KIM, the best I could find is the max TER will be 1%. Anyone know where I could find them.

Not really.
As of date, we “know” it is 1% (+GST).
Please consider the TER to be the max permissible TER i.e. 1% (+GST),
unless/until it might be confirmed to be lower (or not). 
Yeah max of 1% is weird. I understand what you mean but it cant be more than 0.3%
