I was earlier using Pi but its not suitable for me so a couple of friends on trading forum suggested that I can use ZTrader’s datatable feature with Ami.
I’d spoken to Z Cust care and I’m being told that I have to enable Nest Plus API for Inr. 719.
What ppl on the forums say is that this is free as I don’t want to semi-automate etc.
Can someone kindly clarify this or should I use some other terminology to explain what I need.

If your requirement is to get real time data into the amibroker software, then you would have checked about back filling the realtime data into the amibroker for free, Zerodha Trader and Pi provides Link to excel feature which will give the live market watch into the excel.
Some traders take this real time data to feed amibroker for the charting & techincal analysis purpose by using some steps and techniques.
If your requirement is RT data for amibroker i recommend to get it from private data vendors

Historical data you can preload or import in the amibroker database by using import option available in file menu in amibroker.
