As 2017 is going to over soon, is there any financial planning guidance by this forum?

Never go on any tips. Read up on all those resources and then using technical analysis and study, analyze the best of the lot and invest in them. The final decision should be based on YOUR & ONLY YOUR research and not just because someone is suggesting it.
