I find this strange and somewhat unacceptable that the largest broker in the country is not able to support on-demand download of commodity contract notes the current FY. This feature is currently giving blank / not found emails - which in itself is incorrect (possible violation of regulation?) and a huge regression in user features.
Can @nithin share why is this so and can this be fixed ASAP.
There are multiple needs why someone may need to download these
need to get an XML or CSV or unsigned PDF
for sharing with back office or accountant
etc.
I raised this with support and this is the response i got.
Hi, this has been reported to our concerned team, and they’re looking into resolving this. Meanwhile, we request that you share your user id in DM, so we can provide the contract notes to you over a ticket.
Ok thanks for the reply. I don’t need the PDFs as I already have those. My need is to be able to download the contract notes in XML on demand. I need this for backoffice accounting
@Ruchi_Porwal@siva@nithin A month and a half and this is still broken. Still get the same email that contract notes not found for commodity trades when in fact there are multiple trades done.
This should be fixed ASAP. You cannot take away the feature of on demand contract note generation.

We took a fix live for Commodity contract notes two weeks back, and you should be able to download it now. If you’re still facing an issue, can you please DM me the ticket details raised earlier by you? We’ll have this checked.
