Discontinuation of pooling for mutual funds and how it affects Coin

In last couple of weeks i did three purchases in existing investments, paid via netbanking. In 2 of them units got credited a day or two later than expected, 1 got on same day. But all went through.

Same issue for my one order as well. Showing same status for more than 2 weeks now.

50 days, no refund.

Did you talk to anyone over phone? Was the issue moved up the employee chain, was it escalated?

Same here Zerodha is using the same copy paste replies to everyone.

Yes I also sent mail to CEO @nithin but he seems to not care about small investors like me who has their money stuck in his platform.

Opening tickets and giving emails may or may not help us. Talking over phone will give us a better idea of what is happening.

Finally got my refund today. Will think twice now before investing via Coin.

NO refund for me yet. Pending since 28th July.

Refund pending since Aug 5. I don’t know who is at default, probably it’s BSEStarMF but this is the reason why it is so difficult to ever have trust in any Indian institution. These guys don’t understand trust gets completely broken even by one such incident.

How many days it took ?

2 weeks for me.

got my money back after more than 50 days…but really scared to invest in MF now through any intemediaries now…confidence completely broken :frowning:

Got this error message while placing an order on Coin :man_facepalming:

Error fetching order payment link.: Orders are temporarily blocked due to connectivity issue with BSE STARMF.

Any timeline to resolve this problem in COIN
