@Bhuvan @ShubhS9 Looking at the reply that has been given on the ticket, it looks like Zerodha has no control on the time period between debit of money from an account and the money being settled with ICCL.
If this is the case then what is the point of placing the order and debiting the money before 9AM if the ICCL money settlement is happening by late evening ?

Can someone please look into this? It looks like the engineer kept the ticket for the whole day and read it for 2 minutes before finishing up day’s work and closed it giving a low effort comment without even fully understanding the issue.

Looks like the e-mandates feature broke the perfectly working COIN SIPs payment via gateway feature. Made a payment via UPI and it was successful, but COIN ios app failed to figure out the success response from payment gateway. Now the stattus of the transaction shows as ‘pending execution’. Have raised a ticket 20221231708207. Would appreciate a smooth resolution.

edit: seems like the system was able to reconcile the payment eventually after a few hours. If this was an automated feature, please document it somewhere so that it shows up on a google search.

Issue for me as well yesterday.

Received the usual order email for one of my SIPs. Went to Coin to make the payment via UPI, but this time, it asked me to input my UPI Id. Before, this used to be linked automatically. After doing that, it asked to approve on the UPI app. But there was no pending payment request on the app…

Tried it again after a few hours, and it went through without any trouble…

For LAS, the total amount is debited but I am getting payment failed status. Total amount of 2lacs stuck. Now interest payment due date is coming.

Have you checked it. Don’t make the customer has to suffer for your mistakes. @nithin how many complaints your team needs to resolve these type of problems.

Today zerodha confirming that the payment successful on yesterday and try to refund the payment. So they can earn the interest from clients. What kind of behaviour is this. @nithin @ShubhS9

Hi @gpgane, we’ve checked this at our end, there is no issue, also we have no intention of charging additional interest. This issue is either at the end of Razorpay or bank. We’re investigating this. I’ve DMd you more details, please check.

Current reply from zerodha, if zerodha not receiving transferred money, that is client’s (bank) end problem. And if clients not getting refunded money from zerodha , that too clients(bank) end problem. Both the case customers have to struggle. @nithin @ShubhS9.

Just when I thought my mandate SIPs were working fine, at last. I have run into a situation where my latest mandate SIP order was initiated (Now in the order sent to AMC state) without money being actually debited from the account. The account is sufficiently funded but no debits have occurred.

Can we use our secondary bank account to either create a mandate or fund directly an sip

I tried buying mf via coin using upi from secondary bank account, the transactions is getting failed.
Can’t we buy MF from coin via secondary bank account using upi?
