don’t forgot to account for tax
Neither is price going to stay at 100 for next 25 years nor the dividend at 12, so not sure what is the point of this excel, but good work in using excel.
Power sector is always stable 12 rupees they can give ,
We are investing in equity ,equity we cannot believe , what happend in japan and china
The tax purpose i know , we can Reimburse through sellinng far OTM call option , what i am doing in ICICI direct , in Icici direct we can pledge Reit and invit ,
PGINVIT in holding by GOVT of India , in grid is always stable , we can diversify others also i already mention in REIT also
Never fear for Tax , we have plenty of option to reimburse Taxed amount
The consistent dividend paying stock in my portfolio which is like a FD paying out quarterly interest is TCS. They pay out dividends after every quarterly results for the past several years.
If you know any other company who pay out quarterly dividends consistently please let me know.
HCL comes to mind first before TCS
Also Chandra said they are conscious about their dividends and would want to increase them progressively and not be un uniform / random
Yes they are but I exited them. Nasty Corporate Governance, the dividends were paid so that owners can repay their debt. Exited. Very Bad experience as I had good number of shares in this company only because of the dividend yield. But came to understand their true intention when they came out with delisting during Corona.
Sir, thank you for your interest in showing the details. Can you please help how do I invest into PGINVIT? Also, do you prefer only debt for dividends or is that include some equity Funds as well?
