Dharmaj Crop Guard Limited, Incorporated in 2015, is an agrochemical company manufacturing, distributing and marketing agrochemical formulations to the B2C and B2B customers.
It markets and distributes agrochemical products under brands in-licensed by it, owned by it and through generic brands to Indian farmers. It exports to more than 25 countries in Latin America, East African Countries, Middle East and Far East Asia.
It also manufactures and sells general insect and pest control chemicals for Public Health and Animal Health protection.
It has an extensive, pan-India distribution network comprising 4362 dealers across 17 states as of September 30, 2022.
It plans to use the funds raised in the IPO to set up a new manufacturing facility in Gujarat, repayment of debts,working capital requirements along with other general corporate expenses.
