Landmark Cars Limited is a leading premium automotive retail business in India with dealerships for Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Jeep, Volkswagen, Renault, and Ashok Leyland (commercial vehicle sales). The company has a presence across the automotive retail value chain, including sales of new vehicles, after-sales service, and repairs, sales of pre-owned passenger vehicles, and facilitation of the sales of third-party finance and insurance products.
As of June 30, 2022, Land Mark cars operated 112 outlets in 8 Indian states and union territories, comprising 59 sales showrooms and outlets and 53 after-sales services and spare outlets.
The company is focused on the premium and luxury automotive segments and as per CRISIL, In fiscal 2022, it is the number one dealer in India for Mercedes in terms of retail sales and for Honda and Jeep in terms of wholesale sales.
Recently it has also entered into an arrangement with BYD to become their dealer in the NCR and Mumbai region. It is also delving into industry related technology and platforms by making equity investments in Chatpay Commerce Private Limited and Sheerdrive Private Limited where it holds an equity interest of 8.26% and 19.97% respectively.
