Like it shouldn’t change when i scan after 15 mins

O=L: Opening Range (Open, 15 min) equal to Opening Range (Low, 15 min)
O=H: Opening Range (Open, 15 min) equal to Opening Range (High, 15 min)

By using your condition, those stocks are also listed who has minor paisa difference i.e. 310.12 and 310.30 are same. If I want to search exact same to same price, or I want to find .00 stock. How can I write the condition. Please suggest
