I can see there is very less trading for this bond. Will it be difficult to get hold of this bond ?
I am planning to hold it maturity till 2043 and assuming it will pay me 9.23% till maturity.Not sure if I am missing anything regarding this bond as currently FDs are not paying 9.23% but still this one is trading at discount at 98.79.

That price is incorrect and no one is going to sell you at that price.
This bond is hardly traded in market, and even if it does, it will not be at 98.
You will not be getting a yield of 9.23 on this, but much lower
that’s what i thought and was surprised to find this price. Can anyone recommend suggest where can I buy this bond ?

Its an odd series, will be difficult to buy. Most odd series are not traded frequently.
Is there any specific reason you only want to buy this bond?
Govt comes up with Gsec issue once in a while, buy something is that issue. That will be much easier and you will get it at right price.
