You can now withdraw funds within seconds from your Zerodha account to your primary bank account using the Instant Withdrawal feature. However, for instant withdrawals, you must ensure the following:
Submit the instant withdrawal requests only once per day between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM on all days, including weekends.
Place the request for a minimum of ₹100 and up to ₹1,00,000 per day.
You must not have any orders (completed, cancelled, or partially filled) or positions (open or closed) other than Cash and Carry (CNC) sell orders.
@Meher_Smaran@ShubhS9 Does it also include the 80% of sale value which I get normally for selling delivery stock (assuming early payin is done by zerodha)?
If I sell 5 lakh worth stock in CnC (demat holdings) on T day at 10am, can I place instant withdrawal on T day for 1 lakh after 11 am assuming no other open fno, MIS etc.? or instant is applicable on T+1 for demat holdings sold? Thanks.
Dhan manages this better. It takes into consideration the open positions and allows the balance withdrawal. Also, if you have ICICI account, you can enable one tap transfer which works like a 3-in-1 account.
The current system is causing even two days of waiting time for withdrawal in some cases, which makes it very tricky sometimes.
e.g. I had payed-in funds yesterday and took positions and at EOD had sufficient balance (more than what I had payed-in). I placed a small withdrawal request to meet some expense for today, but it was failed today. Though the balance funds in my account is about 8x that amount which I had requested.
I really hope that you can soon create a system that at least a small portion of available balance can be withdrawn on the same day, if not instantaneously.
I sold some positions and the amount is not reflected in ledger balance. How can I withdraw?
Sold position is in cnc equity and no open or pending order is there. Still amount is not reflected in balance
