I received ITC Hotel shares as part of a corporate event, but on Kite, it shows a price discrepancy. I’m unsure what price to enter. Adding a screenshot for reference.
Hi @amanmourya , the stock was listed on 29th Jan, and the buy average will be updated within 3-4 working days (by the coming Tuesday) based on the Cost of Acquisition, as outlined in this circular .

I raised a ticket as instructed and your team closed it saying no need to raise a ticket for this issue as this is being internally worked upon. There is some communication gap here. Please let us know what is the likely date we can see the avg price?

An email was sent by Zerodha on 5th Feb that the average cost of ITCHOTELS will be updated within a week. Last week I received a notification on Kite as well that it will be updated within a week, but it’s still not updated. Just tell me the average cost. I’ll update it myself on Console.

It’s okay bro. No need to apologize. I just thought if it’s a technical issue at your end to update the same for multiple shareholders at once, users can individaully update the same on console if they know the average cost price. Anyway, thanks for your prompt reply. I’ll wait for you guys to fix it. Cheers.
