SBI balanced advantage fund is not approved by the exchange yet. Check the list by going to NSE , Filter by futures & Options and search for “Revised List”.
@Nakul Kotak Nasdaq 100 FoF has been added to the list. Would it be added for the next month?
“SBI FOCUSED EQUITY FUND REGULAR GROWTH” is available to pledge but “SBI FOCUSED EQUITY FUND - DIRECT PLAN” is not.
Is there a logic for adding regular but not direct?
Please add asap!
SBI Focused Equity Direct plan is not in the list of funds provided by clearing corporation. You can check the list by going there. Zerodha doesn’t have any say here.
The clearing corporation hasn’t allowed pledging of some of the direct funds where as the regular schemes of the same fund are allowed. We have already reported such cases to the clearing corporation and requested them to allow pledging in such schemes.
@Nakul@siva IDGIF2027G ( IDFC Gilt 2027 Index Fund) is part of the list of pledged MFs in the latest NSE circular. But the direct plan is not yet enabled at your end. Pls do so at the earliest
@sandy7 the direct plan is not approved by the clearing corporation yet. Only the regular plan is allowed by them. We’ll add it to our approved list as soon as the clearing corporation allows margin pledge in the security.
Yup, we’ve already reported this to the clearing corporation (CC). There are other AMC funds as well where only the regular schemes are allowed. We’ve requested them to review and all the direct schemes as well.
These securities are yet to be approved for margin pledge by the clearing corporation (CC). We will accept pledge requests in these securities once the CC has approved them.
@Nakul, the SGB Jan 2029 edition (ISIN: IN0020210236) have been been approved for pledging in the circular NCL/CMPT/51383 which came out on February 21st, but haven’t been added to the March pledging list of Zerodha. Please update it.
