I checked out this link to know the interest payment dates for the bond I purchased(IN0020230119). But I could not find this particular bond in there. I also tried searching on the RBI website but no luck.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Which RBI site did you check? 
The above GSEC (7.33% GS 2026) does appear to be listed in Reserve Bank of India - Database
The same but you can see that I am looking for the interest payment dates, which are not available.
We’ll update the list. But here’s a rule of thumb. All govt bond interest payments are semi-annual. So they are 6 months from the date of allotment and the next 6 months from that.
So in this case, the bond was allotted on October 30th. So the interest payment dates will roughly be October 30th and April 30th, give or take a few days.

I assumed that the dates were obvious from that table.
But, yes, you are right, they aren’t explciitly mentioned in most places.
They are always known to be
at a 6 months recurring cadence with the issue/maturity-date
of the GSEC.
Actually I had an interesting observation when I was working on a yield calculator. Some of the gsecs don’t have the first coupon payment 6 months from the issue date. So always safe to work with the maturity date.
e.g.
7.59% GS 2029
7.57% GS 2033
