Hey @TradeB2B, we’ve been computing and refunding any upfront margin penalties from October 2021 that were passed on to the customers. If you haven’t received a refund yet for any reason, would suggest you create a ticket here so our team can have this checked.

If you’ve already created a ticket, you can DM me the ticket number. Will have this checked.

Hi Nithin, While I appreciate your complete transparency in refunding the penalty, I would really appreciate if there is a TAT for processing of the refunds. My ticket #20220918537405 is open since the last 3 weeks and everytime i put in a reminder, I get a response that this is taking “longer than expected”. What we expect of you is to share an outer timeline by which the money will be refunded and not keep it open indefinitely.

Edited: Can see the reversal in the statements, but the available cash balance has not increased by the same amount. Why is that so? Is there a T+2 cycle here as well?

If the refund has happened on the weekend on the ledger, it will show up on the trading terminal on Monday.

The refunds initiated on 2022-10-08 should be showing up on the trading terminal now.

Hey @Ankit_Jain3, we initited a few refunds today and your account was part of it. You can check your Funds Statement on Console to verify the credit.

I don’t see any funds credited showing on my ledger. My ID is YF7770. Please check again at your end
