Hey @cybersarkar, @Gautam, @mahendrakparyani, we’ve initiated the refund. You will see margin penalty reversal entry on funds statement page on Console. You will be able to see the funds added in Kite tomorrow.
Hi @ShubhS9 as of 10/12/2022, 8:38 PM, I can’t see any update on the ticket or any entries in the console-funds statement page or in the balance sheet. Please look into the same?
Do you guys refund penalty if ticket is not raised? Am sure so many of them are not even aware. Do you guys still reconcile all the penalty charged and refunded amount ?
We are communicating with customers to check for if there is any upfront margin penalty in their accounts and then asking them to create a ticket for now. As I mentioned earlier, it is hard to calculate what was upfront and what wasn’t for us across the client base.
