Glad to hear that you like the above mentioned features.
Regarding removal of âAlertâ feature:
This feature was a maintenance overhead for us with very few users actively using it
Also, the introduction of the new Alert Triggers Orders (ATO) based alerts from Zerodha largely removed the need for us to maintain this in parallel.
Instead with Conditional Exit feature (see below) we decided to build on top of Zerodha APIs rather than replicate effort
We have added a few more improvements you may have missed since you last checked:
Firstly, Sensibullâs analyze widget on Kite has seen a significant overhaul. Millions of Kite users get to see a much more extensive option strategy analysis right within Kite itself.
We have also added a new âConditional Exitâ feature thatâs a wrapper around Zerodhaâs Alert Triggers Orders. You can read more about this here
I have a long list of features. Letâs start with very basic, donât know why this was missed by Sensibull. There is no LTP in the order window. Please see the snapshot below:
I used to adjust my positions only after certain level of PNL triggers or certain level of nifty breaksâŚnow after removing this feature Iâm sitting in-front of laptop the whole day watching PNL and nifty being tensed
I donât know how such an important feature was removed!! Please bring it back
Yes. Option Simulator (aka manual backtesting) is rewlly needed. Otherwise we have to pay platforms like opstra or stockmock for this.
Having Auto backtesing will be a buge bonus too.
But Similator is essential within Sensibull.
I understand that the âprice alertâ feature required significant maintenance, but it was extremely useful for managing stop-losses up to a certain price point. For example, if I didnât have a fixed stop-loss level, I could still ensure I wouldnât lose more than 1% of my capital. Letâs say my capital is âš10 lakhâI would simply set a price alert and get notified when the loss hits 10,000. This kind of flexibility isnât possible with a conditional exit alone.
Hi an alert for an IV for a particular stock when it crosses defined threshold for any user would be nice.
I couldnât find such an option even in kiteâs alert.
@Sensibull is this taken care of? This feature already exists when you have basket order in sensibull, but not if there is just a single buy/sell order.
Need to have the last price in the single order window also.
Or you can keep the single order window similar to basket order window to keep the UI consistent. Also, add the underlying quote as available in basket order window.
