Share bought in CNC but should be sold in intraday

I have bought few equity shares of ABC company in CNC and i tried to sell those shares on same day but got rejected and error is “blocked for nse_cm, block type_all”. Please guide how to sell shares intraday which are bought in CNC?

bit unusual because while placing the order my broker /my system do not ask if it is for delivery or same day square off.if i do not square off( except T and Z group shares) it automatically results in delivery .

Can you tell stock name? Maybe its in BE category

Looks like you are trying to sell a trade to trade category stock on the same day. Stocks in BE, BZ series on NSE and T series on BSE are settled on trade to trade to trade basis, meaning no intraday and BTST trades are allowed. This post explains more about stock categories
