Shares not allotted against Tata motors dvr

I had 8 shares of Tata motors dvr, on its being suspended i am yet to be allotted. Neither shares are being reflected nor the amount in my trading account

As per the Scheme of Arrangement between Tata Motors Limited DVR (TATAMTRDVR) and Tata Motors Limited (TATAMOTORS), Tata Motors DVR will be suspended from trading w.e.f. The shares of Tata Motors Ltd - DVR (TATAMTRDVR) have undergone a Scheme of Arrangement with Tata Motors Limited (TATAMOTORS) and have been suspended from trading as of August 30, 2024. As a result, these shares are extinguished and debited from your Demat and no longer visible in your console or Kite holdings.

If you are eligible under this scheme, you will be credited with shares of Tata Motors Limited (TATAMOTORS) according to the announced ratio. The company will settle any fractional shares resulting from this amalgamation in cash. Once these shares are credited to your demat account and listed on the exchanges, they will appear in your Kite holdings. You can monitor this update on our Corporate Action sheet.

Hi, apologies for the delayed response. The RTA takes care of the allotment process, you’ll need to contact them for clarification. hI can someone help me with the tatamotors dvr shares allocation. i had 33 shares which was pledged with motilal. so i couldnt get my shares credited to my account. i lately realised abt this and now i am stuck with the next process. can someone guide me regd this if u know

Hi @thairck apologies for the delayed response. Even if the shares are pledged, they remain in the demat and you should’ve received the Tata Motors shares. However, if you haven’t we suggest reaching out to the company’s RTA and also, having a word with your current broker where the shares were held.
