Are these restrictions only for NSE or will be also impact BSE (sensex options)?
Also would the restrictions be limited to NRML order only and we can continue trading any strikes with MIS order type?

These are for NSE, there are no issues on the BSE due to its lack of liquidity.
Yes these trades are restricted to NRML and not to MIS orders.
