@siva-reddy you said that the platform provided by zerodha is what TV gives out to public platforms for a payment. Similarly investing.com charts too use TV as their charting platform. There we are able to quickly change timeframes from the top bar just like on TVās site. Why do we then ahve a drop down menu for changing timeframes in the platform provided by zerodha?

why do trandingview charts donāt save trendlines that i draw automatically. Every time i open a chart i have to redraw the linesā¦ Any solution.
After drawing you have to save it as layout.

The chart layout created is not saving in tradingview charts of Zerodha Kite.
Is there is any specific settings has to be done for saving the chart layouts.?

Are you saving it after creation? next time you have to load it, also these are saved locally.

I see it also wrong daily chartsā¦ Could your team correct this issue?

Absolutely obvious visual says that even the 1minutes chart of of kite TV charts and original TV websites differsā¦ It sometimes looks okay but it differs rest of the timeā¦ The main issue is that of closing and opening prices problemsā¦ It will be cleanly seen by candlestick chartsā¦
This is not heaven for a candlestick scalpingā¦
Please sir correct your very dedicated efforts of giving TV charts to your customersā¦
Dear Sir, Range Bars on Kite (Desktop) when formed fully, start reversing when the price goes opposite side. Yesterday I noticed that the bars were fully forming nice ,but after a moment started vanishing from the chart when the price wentopposite side. I am a novice trader whomaybe setting these wrong. Please help.
Though the time factor is excluded from the Range Bars yet it is playing some important role in it.

I have to save chart lay-outs everyday. All of my chart lay-out settings gets deleted everyday and I have to create and save my preffered chart lay-out everyday.
Please help me in this regard so that I can save my chart lay-outs permanently.

Layouts are saved locally, if you change system or cleared cache they will be gone.

@siva-reddy one point to noteā¦ while using split chart view with daily and 5 mins simultaneously, the daily candle doesnāt show movement as with the 5-min chartā¦ Daily candle is stuck there and 5min candles running all over the place. Obviously it has something to do with their data streaming, but if you could do something about it, that would be great.
It should not happen, can you message me your details, I will arrange a call and get it checked.
@siva-reddy sir, once we login to our account in PC and save chart layout it remains there but if we login via mobile app these saved chart layout are deleted. So we have to save all my chart layout again and again.
Please solve this problem as sometimes we login via pc and sometimes we login through mobile app.

Mobile layouts and web layouts are different, they are not synchronized with each other, as mentioned they are saved on individuals system.
@siva-reddy yes I understand that but sometimes I need to login through mobile app and when I do that all my saved chart layout are gone. Itās really painful to save all chart layout again and again.
Many people need to login through mobile and pc simultaneously so there should be some way out to solve this problem.
By the way such problems are not there in chart iq. Chart layout saved in chart iq remain there forever.
So such problems in trading view should not be there.
